A young Gambian Author and a young talented poet Amadou, is featured at The Writers Bureau of Comradejuliusofafrica to support his work he unleashes to the continent. Here is one of his poems. Enjoy passing through it.

You steal more than 2000 of my African master pieces of art, crafts pottery. Build by my ancestors in the absence of images and photography,
For centuries before colonialism.
I am the first civilization,
before colonialism,
I am the artist.
I am the origination.
Bring back my original master piece of arts you put it in your museums” to digitalize your own economical benefit.

I am the mother of all content.
The mother of knowledge
History living nature and adventure.
I invented history for my offspring a through pottery, arts and crafting.

Bring back my original master pieces.
I am the first home,
I am the origination!
I am the true history and culture.
Living nature and adventure.
I am not afraid
Bring back what you have stolen from my ancestors.

The roots of Mother Earth is stronger than your chains”
Africa is the essence of permanency and changes.

In the absence of photography.
I am the arts : architects, and
I am the artist and crafter.
Bring back my master pieces
You place in your museums
To digitalize your own economical benefit.

I am not afraid”
I will claim for my own.
Even you are frown.
You cannot take my African crown.
I got to claim for my own.
