WHAT SHOULD I DO TO BE ABLE TO STAND ON MY TIME TABLE?
26 Sep 2015
A friend asked me the same question as that of yours too ! How can i strictly follow my timetable ? I know most of us need motivation before doing some stuffs eg. Studying/writing. Some feel they can’t study till they watch a single episode of their favorite series. If you are among them. Please stop it ! You need “A willing power” something quite different from motivation. What’s willing power ? Briefly, the front part of your brain called PREFRONTAL CORTEX IS THE PART WHICH CONTROLS WILL POWER. BASICALLY IT’S LIKE A MUSCLE. THE MORE YOU TRAIN IT, THE MORE IT WILL BECOME STRONGER. BUT IF YOU PUT TOO MUCH PRESSURE ON IT ON A PARTICULAR DAY, IT WILL GET TIRED AND FALL BACK ON THE SAME TRACK. TRACK. SO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS
START FOLLOWING 50% OF YOUR TIME TABLE FOR THE FIRST 2 DAYS WITH FULL DEDICATION THEN 60 FOR NEXT 2 DAYS and so on. You’ll see your willpower is increasing and you can achieve anything you want, you can control your life. That’s one of the best feelings. achieve anything you want, you can control your life. That’s one of the best feelings. And eventually you’ll follow 100% of your time table.
